1.1 The promoter is Bubbl Win Ltd (referred to as "the Company", "we", or "us").

1.3 By accessing the website bubbl.win (the "Site", or "App") and participating in any competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2.1 Competitions are open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older.
2.2 Ineligible Persons: To ensure total transparency and fairness, the following are prohibited from entering:

3.2 Entry Limits: Each competition may have a maximum number of entries per person and per order, stated on the individual competition page. Any attempt to bypass these limits using multiple accounts will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all entries without a refund.
3.3 Duplicate Numbers: In the event of a technical error where two entrants are assigned the same number, the entrant whose payment was processed first (based on our payment provider’s timestamp) will retain the number. The second entrant will be issued a new random number.
To comply with the Gambling Act 2005, we provide a free entry route that is "no less favourable" than the paid route.

5.1 Selection: Winners are selected at random using a Third-Party Random Number Generator (RNG), typically Google RNG.
5.2 Live Draws: Draws are broadcast live on our official social media platforms. The date and time will be announced on the Site once the competition closes.
5.3 Early Closure: If a competition sells out all tickets early, the Company reserves the right to bring the draw date forward.
5.4 Extensions: If a competition does not sell the required number of tickets by the closing date, the Company may extend the timer by up to 10 days, a maximum of 3 times.
5.5 The 70% Rule (Undersold Competitions): If the competition remains undersold after extensions, the Company reserves the right to offer a Cash Prize Alternative instead of any physical prize. This is calculated as: 70% of the total ticket sales for that specific draw. The remaining 30% is retained by the Company for administration, payment processing, and marketing costs.
6.1 Prize Condition: Unless otherwise stated, prizes are new. If a prize is "pre-owned" or "refurbished," this will be clearly stated in the description.
6.2 Delivery: Free delivery is provided to any UK Mainland address. Winners located in Northern Ireland, the Highlands, or UK Islands may be required to pay a delivery surcharge or collect the prize.
6.3 No Affiliation: Our competitions are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the manufacturers of the prizes.
7.1 Notification: Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 24 hours of the draw. We will make "best endeavors" to contact the winner for 30 days. If no contact is made after 30 days, the prize is forfeited and may be used for a future draw.
7.2 Verification & Compliance: Each Prize Winner may be required to substantiate their age (18+) and identity. This requires providing a valid government issued ID, such as a passport or driving licence. If your entry was purchased via credit card, we reserve the right to request proof that you are the authorised cardholder. For high-value prizes, we may mandate that identity verification is completed in person. Failure to cooperate with these security checks or provide the necessary documentation will lead to disqualification, in which case the Promoter may select an alternative winner.
7.3 Publicity: With the winner's consent, we may use their name and photo for promotional purposes. Winners have the right to remain anonymous; however, under ASA guidelines, we are required to provide the surname and county of winners to the authorities if a competition is challenged.
8.1 Finality: All payments are final and non-refundable unless a competition is cancelled by the Company in its entirety.
8.2 Processing: Cash prizes or cash alternatives will only be paid into a UK bank account held in the name of the registered winner. Payments are typically processed within two (2) working days of a withdrawal request.
9.1 Our Commitment: Bubbl Win Ltd is committed to supporting charitable causes. For every paid competition entry sold on the Site, we donate 5% of the ticket price to charity.

9.4 The Charity List: The list of available charities is subject to change without notice. This may occur if a charity’s registration status changes, if a specific campaign ends, or if our partnership via Work for Good is updated.
9.5 Transparency: We will periodically publish updates on the Site or via our social media platforms regarding the total amounts raised and donated to our partner charities to ensure transparency for our community.
10.1 Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
10.2 We only use your information to administer the competition, notify winners, and (if you opted in) send marketing materials. We do not sell your data to third parties.
11.1 Accuracy of Information: Users are responsible for ensuring that the name and contact details provided at the time of registration are accurate and match their official government-issued identification.
11.2 Name Change Restrictions: To prevent fraudulent activity and the unauthorised transfer of accounts or entries, users cannot manually change the First Name or Last Name associated with their account through the website’s user dashboard.
11.3 Requesting a Change: If a user needs to update the legal name on their account (e.g., due to marriage, divorce, or deed poll), they must submit a formal request via email to [email protected].

Accounts are strictly non-transferable. Any attempt to sell or transfer an account to a third party will result in the immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of all entries.
12.1 The Company is not responsible for technical failures (internet loss, software bugs, or power outages) that prevent an entry from being processed or a live stream from occurring.
12.2 The Company's total liability to any entrant is limited to the total entry fee paid by that entrant for the specific competition in question.
13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
